Refund Policy

At Visual Atmos, we want you to have the best possible experience creating your cinematic ambiance and VFX loops. However, because our platform relies on high-fidelity, server-intensive artificial intelligence processing, we incur significant costs the moment a generation begins. Therefore, we enforce a strict refund policy.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of AI video and image generation, all purchases — including monthly subscription tiers (Starter, Plus, Pro) and one-time credit Top-Up packages (Quick Refill, Project Pack, Bulk Pack, Studio Pack) — are final and non-refundable.
2. European Union Right of Withdrawal Exemption
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun. By purchasing credits and clicking "Generate," you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of our digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring monthly subscription at any time via your Account Portal. Canceling prevents any future automated charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current credit balance and tier benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated cash refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused credits.
4. Credit Rollovers and Expiration
Credits are directly tied to your active billing cycle or Top-Up purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for unused credits. If you downgrade your account or cancel your subscription, any remaining credit balances may be forfeited at the end of the billing cycle as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Technical Failures and Exceptions
We stand by the quality of our platform. If a documented, catastrophic technical failure on our end results in your account being charged credits without delivering the generated video or image, please contact support. In these specific instances, we will issue a credit refund back to your Visual Atmos balance. Cash refunds to your original payment method are granted solely at our discretion in cases of severe billing errors (e.g., accidental duplicate charges).
6. Disputed Charges (Chargebacks)
If you believe you were charged in error, we ask that you contact our support team first. Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for consumed digital goods is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account.
